Casa Node

The Casa Node is a Bitcoin and Lightning Full Node Box from the American company Casa.
The Casa Box is sold together with a Keymaster Gold Service Package for $300 annually.

With the Casa Node you can run your own Bitcoin and Lightning network without programming experience.

The Casa Node, as a Node-in-a-Box, contains a Raspberry Pi 4 with 4 GB RAM, a 1 TB SSD hard disk, a Bitcoin Full Node and a Lightning Node, the NodeOS operating system and everything pre-installed.

The Casa Node is sold together with a Keymaster Gold for $300,- annual fee.
The Keymaster Gold package includes the Casa Node, a Trezor One Hardware Wallet, a bag, use of the Keymaster App (a multisig-wallet) email support and software update.

You do not buy the pure hardware, but a hardware including Software solution with update service as annual subscription.

Those who do not wish to renew their Gold Membership after one year may keep the Casa Node and continue to receive all future software updates. He only forgoes the Keymaster-Gold functions, but has no restrictions on his Casa Node.

If you want to be absolutely sure, you can pay for your Casa Node by Bitcoin. Unlike payment by credit card, there is no possibility for the merchant to initiate a recurring payment (subscription payment) when paying by Bitcoin.
