Piixpay is a provider from Estonia where you can pay your bills to European merchants via Bitcoin.
You enter the invoice data and your own e-mail address. The invoice amount is converted into Bitcoin. Then you are asked to send the displayed amount of Bitcoin to the displayed Bitcoin address.
After the Bitcoins are received by Piixpay, the invoice will be transferred by bank transfer from Piixpay for you.
Fees: There is a surcharge of 1€ plus 1.75% on the conversion rate. For some countries additional bank charges between 1€ and 25€ may apply

Registration: An identity check is required. In addition to the email address, personal information such as name, nationality and address must be provided. To verify the information, a copy of your identity card and a selfie with ID must be presented. The verification is carried out by the third party provider veriff.me and takes place via livecam using the camera of your computer or mobile phone. Activation only takes a few moments.
Piixpay holds a European payment service provider licence and is therefore subject to state supervision and is legally obliged to verify its identity.
